IAE Lille has developed in close relationship with companies since its creation. Thanks to a strong network with many professional sectors, IAE students benefit from an adapted and professionalising offer. Companies participate in the design of programmes and their implementation, including interventions from their executives and managers. Only quality partnerships can effectively prepare students for the jobs of tomorrow.
This collaboration with teacher-researchers is essential to the training.
Partner companies offer many work-study contracts to IAE students because they appreciate the quality of the attention paid to students and their high level of training. The rate of professional integration of students is very good.
Companies also collaborate with IAE to jointly conduct international actions and develop applied research.
As part of its membership in the Alliances Network, IAE Lille introduces students to good CSR practices.
IAE is a member of WTC Lille and thereby develops its relations with internationally oriented companies.
The CPME Nord (confederation of SMEs) and IAE have signed a partnership agreement to raise awareness of the entrepreneurial spirit among students.
Thanks to the partnership agreements established between the University of Lille and its partners, IAE collaborates with AFTE to develop the training and skills of students in the fields of treasury and financing and with CFPB for the banking sector.
Within the framework of the agreement between the AFMD and the University, specific training and recruitment actions are set up for students on trade and distribution courses at IAE Lille.
