Ranked 2nd in the Thotis ranking of Management Bachelor's degrees 2025. This recognition highlights the academic excellence of our programme and its appeal to students wishing to develop solid skills in international management.
The main aim of the International Management and Administration programme is to train students to work in an international environment and to act responsibly within organisations, by developing their curiosity, autonomy and initiative.
It also enables students to acquire the fundamental knowledge in management sciences required for further studies in a Master’s degree in Management.
Students will acquire the fundamental skills that will enable them to develop as managers in an international and intercultural environment.
– Mastering interpersonal skills and developing leadership in an international environment
– Developing the ability to adapt to intercultural situations
– Acquire theoretical knowledge and analytical skills to implement and develop managerial know-how
– To develop an in-depth knowledge of the global economic, social and political context in which organisations operate, and of their responsibilities within that context.
2 semesters of courses at the IAE (courses from September to December and then from January to April) followed by a minimum 6-week work placement with a final report.

You are a final year pupil or a student wishing to change course, with a baccalauréat, a DAEU (Diploma of Access to University Studies) or equivalent.

Autonomy, the ability to work as part of a team and motivation to follow an international pathway in line with a study and career plan are also two fundamental criteria. Professional and community experience, as well as involvement in sporting and/or artistic activities, are also valued.

French: minimum level B2 (for candidates whose mother tongue is not French)
