Presentation of the training

The aim of Bachelor 1 Administration Management is to prepare students for the fundamentals of management. It enables students to acquire fundamental knowledge in management (business history, accounting, marketing, human resources, etc.), social sciences (law, sociology, geopolitics, etc.), mathematics (statistics) and foreign languages (English, Spanish, German).

The skills developed in this first year are :

The first year of the Bachelor 1 in Administration Management is organised in two semesters, each of which allows 30 ects to be validated ( validation of L1 with 60 ects). Enrolment is around 210 students.

Half of the course is taught in tutorials, which allows for active teaching and good supervision of personal work.

Students are assessed at the end of the course and on an ongoing basis.

A 6-week work placement is compulsory in the second semester (between mid-April and the end of August).

Validation of the first yeargivesautomatic access to the second year of the Management degree.

Academic results are an essential criterion in the assessment of applications to Bachelor 1 Administration Management.

Particular attention is paid to academic results in 1ère and terminale in mathematics, social sciences, scientific subjects, French and languages.

The work capacity, commitment and behaviour of candidates are also very important criteria.

The training project must be supported and personalised.
