Internship and work-study
The diversity of courses offered at IAE Lille means you can host a student whose profile matches your needs, whether that be on the level of their studies or their specialised field: audit and finance, accounting and management control, human resources, marketing, sales, communications, e-commerce, general and international management, project management etc.
In an effort to professionalise students, each initial training course includes a compulsory internship.
RECRUITING AN INTERN
Internships can take place in a company, in public administration or in an association, in France or abroad.
All internships are subject to an agreement that must be signed by the three parties before the internship begins; the student must initiate this process at least two weeks before the internship begins.
Visit the University of Lille’s BAIP website (office for professional integration) for all the information concerning regulations for internships.
RECRUIT A STUDENT
Work-study programmes (sandwich courses) can be a solution for your forward-looking management of skills.
It allows you to take the time to recruit, train and detect people with potential.
The student becomes an employee of your company by signing an employment, apprenticeship or professionalisation contract. They split their time between IAE Lille and your company, learning a profession and obtaining a quality, nationally recognised university degree.
A wide variety of companies and public structures in the region, of all sizes and in all sectors, have already chosen to join us in the training of their future employees.
For information concerning the legislation concerning sandwich course programmes, visit the Formasup NPC website.
