HOW CAN I COME TO IAE LILLE ON AN EXCHANGE?
If your university is one of our partners, please contact your university’s international relations department and they will provide you with the procedure for study exchanges.
Nomination deadlines:
- Autumn semester or academic year: before 15th April
- Spring semester: before 15th October
Deadlines for electronic registration:
- Autumn semester or academic year: before 10th May
- Spring semester: before 1st November
HOW CAN I STUDY AT IAE LILLE IF I AM NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THE EXCHANGE PROGRAMME?
IF YOU ARE A NON-EUROPEAN UNION CITIZEN, LIVING IN ONE OF THE COUNTRIES LISTED BELOW, AND YOU WISH TO STUDY IN FRANCE, HERE IS HOW TO APPLY:
The Etudes en France portal has been set up to simplify your pre-registration procedures with more than 250 universities and schools in France and to help you prepare your visa application.
List of countries: Algeria, Argentina, Benin, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Chad, Chile, China, Colombia, Comoros, Congo, Democratic Republic of Congo, Djibouti, Egypt, Gabon, Guinea, Haiti, India, Indonesia, Iran, Japan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mexico, Morocco, Nigeria, Peru, Russia, Senegal, Singapore, South Korea, Togo, Tunisia, Turkey, United States and Vietnam.
If you wish to join one of our courses, you must go to the Etudes en France website and complete the application form.
Once this step is completed, you will be invited to the French Embassy in your country of residence for an interview. If your application is validated, it will be sent to the head of the diploma for the final selection.
You will be given a final answer at the end of June.

Given the number of universities and schools in Lille, student life is very intense in this human-sized city. In order to make the most of the social and cultural life of the city, IAE suggests that you get in touch with Discovery Corner and ESN.
Discovery Corner
Erasmus, international and local students, the Discovery Corner is there to make sure you have the very best time in the Ch’ti city! We offer you the opportunity to integrate into the wonderful Lille community, to meet and make new friends from all over the world and practice your language skills along the way. During the academic year, we offer many events such as language cafés, karaoke, international dinners and lunches, international holiday celebrations, French cooking classes, international games, trips and many other experiences!
Discovery Corner is a students’ project from the IAE Lille University School of Management. Events for International students and local students are tailored so that you can meet not only your fellow exchange students but also the locals and discover our beautiful region.

FINDING ACCOMMODATION IN LILLE
International students coming on exchange to IAE Lille can apply for a room in a university residence. We cannot guarantee accommodation to every exchange student but we will do our best to help you in your search.
