Presentation of the training

This unique International Executive MBA programme is aimed at students from a variety of academic and professional backgrounds (engineering, science, technology, law, etc.) who wish to seek out new opportunities and experience, and acquire dual expertise or a dual qualification in international business management.

The programmes and courses are tailored to the requirements of the global market.
This master’s degree offers the opportunity to acquire a dual qualification. It develops the analytical skills needed by senior managers in a wide range of business situations encountered by international companies. It enhances the skills needed to negotiate at a high level, make appropriate decisions and work as a member of an international team.

All courses are taught in English. The Master’s programme encourages public speaking, group discussions and active participation in class. To succeed, students must have a highly developed command of written and spoken English.


The teaching staff includes lecturers, business professionals and visiting professors with international experience from America and other parts of Europe. Our international partnerships are very active and enable our students to study or work abroad.
Dynamic and innovative teaching including lectures, case studies, project management and business situations will develop the practical skills needed for international management.


The group is made up of final-year students and managers from French, European and international companies, all of different backgrounds and nationalities.
A central feature of this Masters programme is the exploitation of activity-based learning methods and the use of experiential knowledge to produce sound pedagogical solutions.


Whether they are launching or reorienting their careers, or setting up a business, students benefit from a flexible timetable that can be adapted to the demands of the job market, allowing them to alternate 2 weeks of work in a company and one week of study at the IAE Lille.

Applicants must hold a first-year Master’s degree, awarded by technical and vocational colleges and universities.

IAE Lille welcomes :

All applicants who have graduated from a university where English is not the only language of instruction must take an English test: TOEFL, IBT or IELTS as part of the initial written application procedure.

What makes our school unique is the friendliness of its staff, students and international programmes. The students have different backgrounds and come from different countries. Some students come from far away, from different parts of the world such as Brazil, China, Ethiopia, Ghana, Italy, Japan, Nigeria, Spain, Thailand, the United States, the United Kingdom… The Master’s is truly unique in that it allows students to work and study at the same time, depending on the student contract (initial training, continuing training, lifelong learning and professional contracts).
