BAC 3
2nd place in the Thotis ranking of Management Bachelor's degrees 2025. This recognition highlights the academic excellence of our programme and the appeal of our curriculum for students wishing to develop solid skills in international management.
The Bachelor 3 International Management and Administration (Bachelor 3 MGI) offers high-level generalist teaching in English, with a focus on responsible finance, retail and marketing and international management.
It offers a set of professional and cross-disciplinary skills defined in the Répertoire National des Certifications Professionnelles (RNCP35924), which are expected at the end of a Bachelor’s degree in Management and prepare students for further study at MASTER level.
The main objective of the Bachelor 3 MGI is to train students to work in an international environment and to act responsibly within organisations, by developing their curiosity, autonomy and initiative. It also enables students to acquire the fundamental knowledge in management sciences required for further study in a Master’s degree in management.
An 8-week work placement is compulsory in semester 6 (between mid-April and the end of August).
Teaching methods: face-to-face.
The full programme is available in the downloadable course outline.
Students with the Bachelor 3 MGI can try to enter the international job market and also have several options for continuing their studies if they wish to become senior managers. The Bachelor 3 MGI is a generalist course that prepares students for further study in one of the Master’s degree offered by IAE Lille (Master’s in Management, Master’s in Finance, Master’s in Marketing/Sales). Students may also choose to continue their studies abroad.
The Bachelor 3 MGI is aimed at students with a Bac 2 in management, economics or law. Students are selected on the basis of their application (for eligibility) and an interview (for admission).
Applicants are selected on the basis of their results in previous courses (BAC, CPGE, DUT, Licence, etc.), their general knowledge, their command of English (minimum level C1) and LV2, their study and career plans, and their motivation. At least one period of professional experience (work placement, student job, etc.) is required.
