The IAE Lille University School of Management has three levels of governing bodies.
The Board is made up of the following members:
College A – Professors and equivalent staff
College B – Other Research Professors and equivalent staff
College C – Temporary staff
BIATSS College – Administrative, technical and service staff
College of users – 4 full members and 4 alternates)
External personalities
The Board defines the general policy of the IAE Lille University School of Management and oversees its implementation in the areas of teaching, research programmes, international policy, student integration schemes and the quality approach, in compliance with the policy of the University of Lille and the regulations in force.
It decides on partnership agreements and major contracts, which are approved by the University’s Board of Governors. It votes on the IAE’s budget. The Board also adopts and amends the internal regulations. It may set up any committee, the composition and term of validity of which it decides.

This committee assists the Director in conducting the business of the IAE Lille University School of Management. It is chaired by the Director of the IAE.
The IAE Lille University School of Management is structured into departments defined by the internal regulations.
The departments participate in the development of the educational project, the development of the range of courses on offer and they lead the teaching teams.
