About us

For 70 years, IAE Lille has been training responsible managers, combining academic knowledge with professional practice. Its teaching, based on research, openness and excellence, is supported by collaborative governance and its 3 dynamic campuses.

Founded in 1956 as the IPA, the IAE Lille became a university business school in 1985, before merging in 2020 to strengthen its academic and professional positioning. Today, it embodies a tradition of excellence combining education, research and openness to the world.

The IAE Lille trains responsible managers through teaching methods rooted in research and in close contact with companies. Its values are based on interdisciplinarity, excellence, professionalisation and international openness.

The school has a clear governance structure: a board, a steering committee and thematic clusters to ensure the coherence of its courses. With a presence on three campuses, the school brings together lecturers, researchers, staff and students around a participative management system.
