LUMEN is an accredited research unit (ULR 4999) which came into beingon1 January 2021. It brings together lecturers and doctoral students in management sciences at the University of Lille.
The research carried out by LUMEN is organised around a common theme – changes in organisations and management systems in the face of a changing world – which is linked to the I-SITE’s HUB 4 ‘Changing cultures, societies and practices’. The research carried out by LUMEN also contributes to the other I-SITE hubs, given the team’s expertise in digital issues and the relationship with technology, health and CSR, sustainable development and circular economy policies.
With more than 90 researchers and as many doctoral students, mainly affiliated with the IAE Lille University School of Management but also with other departments of the University of Lille, LUMEN fosters ambitious, world-class research programmes that address the major challenges facing our societies.
